Book review of Grave Debt: A SkinWalker Novel #7 by T.G. Ayer

This was a great look into Logan and also into Kailin. Lots us going on for both of them and on top of that they have to save a Djinn Prince and potentially the entire Djinn realm.

I wish there would have been more at the end but I'm sure I'll get more in the next SoulTracker or SkinWalker books to find out  more!

T.G. Ayer skillfully crafts her worlds and characters and in this series you also get to know characters from another great series! It is great to read the same story from more than one point of view.

Book review of Twlight Desires by Amanda Ashley

This was a well written roller coaster ride!
It is steamy, witty and downright funny at times  ...  also year worthy at times.

Will Ethan finally accept being a Vampire? Will Sofia and her family get over the horrors they faced at the hands of a Vampire? Can Sofia & Ethan ever have a happily ever after?

Read it to see!

Book review of Tall, Dark & Deadly by Kharma Kelley

From the beginning I love Chloë! She is spunky, sarcastic & dangerous! She is also all about the ends justifies the means and asking for forgiveness instead of permission. My kind of girl!

Ethan is stuff, bossy and totally by the books. She is her boss and despite being super hot she is off-limits and obviously not interested,  right?

See what evil comes about and where things go with this well written story!

Can these polar opposites come together?

Book Review of The Dark Sight Series by T.G. Ayer

Dark Sight:

This book was brilliant! It is steeped in Greek & Roman Mythology/History. Seems to be set in nearly modern times with a twist. There has been considerable research put into this book and the writing is eloquent. I have a large vocabulary from many, many books read & a general love of language but even I had to Google a couple to be sure I understood.

I fell in love with the cast of Characters, Alleges, Max, Denis, Corina, Flavius, even Pepper! I was sad to lose some of the cast to events in the books. I look forward to revisiting the characters to see them grow.

I hope there will be others in this series! [I received this book free as an ARC with hopes I would write an honest review.]

Cursed Sight:

For the Love of Apollo! This series gets better with every book!

I was sad to see the distance and mistrust between Allegra and Max at the beginning of this book. I can't wait to see what happens with that relationship in other books!

The villain from book 1 is back & has new playmates. I can't wait until he is vanquished!

I am looking forward to the next book in the series!

Vissarion:

This was a great look at why Max Vissarion is the way he is.  He had an easy childhood but a tough young adulthood.  He loved and lost, even if it was by choice.  He took on a great responsibility before he was even an adult and stuff like that changes a person.

Like the other books in this series it is well written. The world is well constructed and the characters jump off the page!

It is a great quick read  ...  give it a go!

Shadow Sight:

This book was a rollercoaster ride from start to finish in a world so well built you can see the events unfold in your mind.

This book and characters are so well written reading it is like watching a movie in your mind. It was a joy & pleasure to read & I look forward to the next one.

Book review of Bad Night Stand by Elise Faber (Billionaires Club Book One)

Book review of Bad Night Stand: Billionaire's Club Book One  by Elise Faber

This was well written with enough snark and drama  ...  heat and emotion to cover whatever your romance book tastes are.

You fall for Abby at first with her snark and self deprecating personality and learn about her brilliance and depth of emotion.  Jordan is not hard to adore  ...  he is like Thor come to life and he is a real man  ...  in that he wants a woman with curves & personality!

He gets both of those things in Abby. In Jordan she gets the acceptance and respect she has craved since childhood. This book shows money doesn't equal happiness as they were both raised by billionaires and both had messed up childhoods. Those messed up childhoods almost doomed them be for they even started.

Give it a go if you like smart, emotional stories that have a HEA!
